Inspired by 1 John 3:16, this mixed media work is a pondering of love as sacrifice. A laying down of one’s self for the good of another, and what it means when we have been shown such love.
The many layers in this work are created using acrylic paint, graphite, chalk pastel, charcoal and wax crayon. You can see the various details as your eye travels across the piece.
All prices are in AUD.
Canvas measurements (unframed): 101cm (h) x 101cm (l) x 3.5cm (w)
Canvas will be sent with a signed certificate of authenticity.
Please note that I have tried to match colours on screen as close to the original work, but colours do appear differently on screen to in person.
Canvas can be purchased unframed, or framed in raw timber, white, or black frame (for customers in Australia). Framing costs an additional $300. Framed images are for illustrative purposes only and are not exact representations of framing.
Sides are completely painted and canvas will be wired and ready to hang.
International Orders
International shipping cost not included in price. There is a $100 flat rate fee for international orders.
This cost will not include customs fees, duties and taxes for international orders which are payable by the customer at their end. Please make sure you are aware of these fees for your location before purchasing.
PLEASE NOTE For international orders, the canvas will be removed from the frame and shipped rolled up in a tube. It will need to be reframed in the destination country by the customer.
