Thank you for supporting independent art! Below you'll find all the details on how your order is processed, shipped, and what to do if something’s not quite right.
Prints and Print Products Shipping Information
Order Fulfilment
All prints and products are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted global printing partner. This allows for high-quality, sustainably produced items that are shipped from the closest available location to you—minimising delivery time, cost, and environmental impact.
Shipping Times
Items will be dispatched within 1-4 days.
Estimated delivery times:
Australia & New Zealand: Approx 5–10 business days
International Orders: Approx 5–15 business days (varies by destination)
Please note: These are estimated delivery windows and may be subject to delays due to public holidays, customs, or unforeseen courier issues.
Shipping Costs
All print and print product orders qualify for free worldwide shipping.
Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
For orders outside of Australia, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is printed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery. If you haven't received your tracking details within 7 business days, feel free to reach out.
Original Artwork Shipping Information
Order Fulfilment
Canvases
When you purchase an original artwork, you will be able to indicate your location at checkout.
If artworks are being delivered within the Melbourne Metro area (Victoria, Australia), they will be delivered free of charge by me at an agreed upon time with the customer.
If the artwork is being delivered outside of Melbourne to other parts of Australia, I will pack and ship the artwork by a professional carrier and will send through tracking information once it is available.
I will endeavour to ship artwork within 7 days, but will notify you if this is not possible for any reason.
International orders will mean the painting is removed from the frame, and carefully rolled with acid-free paper and bubble wrap and sent in a sturdy mailing tube.
The painting will need to be restretched onto timber stretcher bars once it arrives at its destination, at the cost of the purchaser.
Works on Paper
Paper works will be shipped either flat in an envelope or rolled in a tube, depending on their size and packed carefully for protection.

Regional or interstate (Australia) Orders: 10–15 business days (varies by destination)
International Orders: Orders should arrive within 7-20 days of dispatch (depending on location).

Shipping Costs

Melbourne Metro Free shipping on all products
Shipping outside Melbourne (including international)
Shipping cost not included in item sale price.
Shipping costs will be charged via a separate invoice after the purchase and the item will not be dispatched until this amount is paid.
This cost will not include customs fees, duties and taxes for international orders which are payable by the customer at their end. Please make sure you are aware of these fees for your location before purchasing.

PLEASE NOTE For international orders, the painting will be removed from the frame and shipped rolled up in a tube. It will need to be restretched in the destination country by the customer (this is their responsibility and their expense).
Paper
Works on paper A3 or smaller will be delivered Australia wide free of charge, and internationally with a flat rate fee of $10.
Works on paper A2 or larger will specify the relevant flat rate shipping cost on the item when it is purchased. The cost will differ based on whether it is being shipped nationally (across Australia) or internationally.
Customs and taxes
If you are ordering from outside Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged when the item arrives in your country. I don’t collect duties and taxes and am unable to tell you what your relevant charges may be. These additional charges must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. For information regarding your country’s customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery. If you haven't received your tracking details within 7 business days, feel free to reach out.
Note - smaller items (eg Paper Minis) will be posted via standard post and will not have tracking details.
Returns & Refunds
Prints and Print Product Policy
As each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect address entry.
Please double-check your order details carefully before placing your order.
Original Artworks Policy
Works on paper cannot be returned due to change of mind, due to the risk of damage of the paper product.
Canvases can be returned if you notify me within 7 days that you wish to do so. You will receive a full refund (less shipping costs) once I receive the returned item in original condition. Shipping costs associated with returning the item are payable by you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
